  Mr. Lewis is full of personality, and no follow through. Communication is not his strong point, and having to ask and chase a contractor should not be the client's job. After almost a year of him having items of mine to repair and finish a job he promised to do, he now says (through his wife) that he doesn't have time to come finish the job, or return my items. His wife has offered to return them for him. He has had a window of mine to repair since it was 70 degrees and through the toughest winter in the midwest in 100 years. Great first impression, TERRIBLE and inconsistent after the agreement has been made. I do NOT recommend this contractor.
