  Unlike the place at Stellhorn Road this place has a judge free zone I have not once been judged by them friendly staff more than the Stellhorn location the Stellhorn location has a rude bunch of Staff people I thought it was a judge free zone there I was a regular shopper but the situation on their 2 year anniversary was poorly dealt with they accuse my dog of having fleas when she had dried skin we went there on their 2 year anniversary to use the dog bath instead we got judged the staff member told the manager to ask me if my dog had fleas well we had a lot of people around us including other shoppers that can hear us I thought this was rude and poorly taken care of my dog did not have fleas that day we were just there for the bath and instead we got judged we will not return to the Stellhorn one the manager has yet to even contact me to apologize the right way we have left our number with the company got promise that they would have the manager call us but we have not heard anything from them met up with one of their groomers heavy set lady who told us if anybody that has fleas can not use the bath hello you're a pet store with a bathtub why don't you guys be a judge free zone instead of accusing people hope this place really gets an upgrade unlike there Stellhorn place we have not recommend the Stellhorn place to anyone and we will not I find it that is rude how I was treated
